172.16.1.0 is in a different OSPF area than Router A, as indicated by the O IA (for OSPF inter-area). The administrative distance is 110 and the cost to the route is 90, as indicated by [110/90]. The route is reachable through neighbor 10.1.1.1 on Router A’s interface Fa0/0.
