We attend conferences like this one for many reasons. It helps us understand where the market is heading. We better understand the needs of our customers. We network with our peers and build stronger relationships. We learn from our peers.
Conferences are important venues where technology professionals from various industries meet to exchange ideas, share knowledge, and build new connections.
This year’s itSMF USA Fusion 2011 conference begins today, September 25, 2011, and as several of us from Global Knowledge made our way to the conference, we spent a fair amount of time talking about it.
The Help Desk Institute (HDI) and the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF), which you are probably familiar with if you work in IT Service Management or ITIL, announced on Tuesday that they will work together to produce industry conferences in 2011 and 2012.
